A Platform for Inspiration and Action for Women’s Entrepreneurship in Chad
The Women Success Forum is a biennial event organized by Women Success, bringing together hundreds of women entrepreneurs, leaders, and committed partners around a shared objective: making women’s entrepreneurship a sustainable driver of economic and social development
Each edition of the Forum combines training sessions, panel discussions, exhibitions, networking opportunities, and the celebration of female excellence through the Women Success Awards.
It serves as a true platform for learning, advocacy, and economic opportunities for women in Chad and across the sub-region.
Édition 2021 : Une femme, un business
The first edition of the Women Success Forum was held from October 28 to 30, 2021 to N’Djaména, under the theme "One Woman, One Business”. It was organized under the high patronage of he Ministry of Women, Family and Child Protection with the support of the Ministry of Youth.
This inaugural edition laid the foundations of the concept: to train, connect, and promote women entrepreneurs.Over the course of three days, young women from diverse backgrounds participated in practical workshops, coaching sessions, and an exhibition fair that showcased products and services created by local women entrepreneurs.
The event marked the beginning of a national movement in support of women’s economic empowerment and inspired the development of subsequent editions, which became even more structured and impactful.
Édition 2023 : Pérennisation du business des femmes : croissance de l’entrepreneuriat féminin
It was organized under the high patronage of Ministry of Women, Early Childhood Protection and National Solidarity, the second edition was held from October 23 to 28, 2023 at the Maison de la Femme in N'Djaména.
Over the course of one week, more than 400 participants benefited from training sessions, panel discussions, and exhibitions in an atmosphere of learning and sisterhood. With the support of numerous institutional and private partners, this edition made it possible to:
- Train 348 women in high-potential sectors such as cosmetics, catering, decoration, textile dyeing, and more;
- Provide a commercial showcase to 100 women entrepreneurs through the exhibition fair;
- Honor 7 award winners during the first Women Success Awards ceremony;.
- Foster connections between women entrepreneurs, investors, and support organizations.
The Women Success Awards 2023 celebrated female excellence across seven categories:
Agri-food, Cosmetics & Aesthetics, Catering, Fashion, Creative Industries, Services, and a Special President’s Award..
This edition confirmed the the Women Success Forum as a leading national platform for women’s entrepreneurship in Chad.
Édition 2025 : Impact Investing : Financer des initiatives entrepreneuriales féminines pour une économie durable
The third edition of the Women Success Forum will be held from November 24 to 29, 2025 in N'Djaména.
This edition will focus on inclusive finance and impact investing in support of women-led initiatives..
Objectives of the 2025 Edition:
- Train and equip more than 300 participants with entrepreneurial and financial skills;
- Promotefinancial and digital inclusion;;
- Create a platform for advocacy and networking among women entrepreneurs, institutions, and donors;
- Celebrate women’s achievements through the Women Success Awards 2025, which will present nine prestigious awards, including the President's Award.
Planned Activities: :
- Practical training sessions in fields such as handicrafts, catering, cosmetics, decoration, and more;
- Panels and masterclasses on leadership, digital transformation, and financing;
- Experience-sharing sessions with inspiring women leaders;
- An exhibition fair dedicated to Chadian women entrepreneurs;
- The Women Success Awards ceremony recognizing outstanding entrepreneurial initiatives led by young women.
