From October 16 to 18, 2025, Women Success organized training sessions in N’Djamena aimed at strengthening the entrepreneurial skills of young women leading income-generating activities.
This initiative is implemented with the support of the regional project “Feminists, Peace and Security – Women of West Africa and the Sahel United for Peace,” coordinated by Institut Gorée and supported by the Women, Peace and Security Feminist Agenda Fund. It is part of the association’s project “Initiative for Women’s Economic Empowerment and Well-being.”
A total of 30 young women entrepreneurs participated in this training program, designed to strengthen their capacities and support the development of their economic initiatives.
The first training focused on business management, communication, and marketing. Participants gained practical tools to better structure their activities, improve the visibility of their products or services, and develop strategies tailored to their markets.
The second session was dedicated to financial management and access to funding. Participants were supported in understanding the fundamentals of financial management, organizing their resources, and identifying funding opportunities that could help scale and sustain their projects.
Through this program, Women Success reaffirms its commitment to the economic empowerment of women and girls and to promoting women’s leadership capable of actively contributing to Chad’s economic and social transformation.
