Convinced that education is the foundation of autonomy and equality, Women Success works to ensure that every girl has the opportunity to learn, dream, and build her future, regardless of her background or living conditions.

Together for Her

Since 2023, Together for Her has supported the schooling of girls from disadvantaged backgrounds in several localities across Chad. The program aims to remove the economic and social barriers to girls’ education while strengthening the quality of the school environment.

To date, the project has enabled:

The enrollment of 200 girls in public primary schools;
The distribution of 350 school kits and basic supplies;
Material support to three primary schools (textbooks, desks, educational equipment);
Coverage of school fees for 18 girls at middle and high school levels.

As part of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, Women Success also organizes educational visits to laboratories (such as CECOQDA) and technology hubsencouraging high school girls to pursue careers in scientific and digital fields.

Menstrual Health and Dignity Program

Each year, Women Success carries out concrete actions to address menstrual poverty and promote menstrual health as a fundamental right to dignity and education..
The organization regularly distributes reusable and disposable menstrual hygiene products in girls’ high schools, such as Lycée Féminin and Lycée Assomptionas well as in several co-educational schools..

These interventions aim to break taboos surrounding menstruation, reduce school absenteeism linked to menstruation, and strengthen girls’ confidence within their school environment.
