Gender-Based Violence Prevention & Equality
Because no society can thrive in fear or injustice, Women Success works to prevent and combat all forms of violence against women and girls, while promoting a culture of respect, equality, and solidarity.
Through its awareness-raising, advocacy, and support programs, the organization contributes to building violence-free communities, where women and girls can express themselves, thrive, and have their voices heard.
Heroines Clubs Against Gender-Based Violence
Launched in 2023 with the support ofUNFPAand later continued with the support ofAFDCPT, this initiative aims to create safe spaces for expression and leadership for adolescent girls in high schools and underserved neighborhoods.
The Heroines Clubs bring together adolescent girls engaged in awareness-raising, prevention, and documentation of cases of gender-based violence (GBV)..
Members receive training on their rights, survivor referral mechanisms, public speaking, and community advocacy, enabling them to become true agents of change within their school and social environments.
Today, these clubs form a network of equality ambassadors in N’Djaména and Goré, working closely with the organization’s GBV Coordinator to guide and support survivors.
