Recently graduated, they were seeking to give meaning to their personal journeys, but above all, to create a space where other young women facing similar uncertainties could find support, guidance, and inspiration.<\/p><p>Confronted with the challenges many girls encounter after completing their studies : limited opportunities, economic insecurity, and financial dependence, they decided to build a concrete framework for action to promote women\u2019s autonomy and independence.<\/p><p>This vision gave rise to Women Success, an organization committed to enabling girls and women to achieve their full potential through training, entrepreneurship, solidarity, and well-being.<\/p><p>Since its establishment <strong>in 2019<\/strong>, Women Success has become a leading initiative for the promotion of gender equality and women\u2019s empowerment in Chad.<\/p><p>The organization has implemented several high-impact programs, including <em>the Women Success Forum, Together for Her, the Heroines Clubs Against Gender-Based Violence, I Act for Equality, and DIAN KOUM K\u00d6: Empowered Women, Strong Communities<\/em>.
